Grief Support

Life is change.
Sometimes, dealing with it comes easily, and sometimes it’s harder.
Every change is a farewell from what was and a step into the unknown. It can bring us joy and anticipation—but also pain when letting go, unease, or fear about the future. In such times, we tend to resist or look away. If we act as if nothing is happening, everything stays as we know it.

Tune In - Look At What Was and What Is.
Tune In - Look At What Is Yet to Come.

Anyone who wants to go somewhere starts from somewhere—and the journey between is life.
Every starting point is different. Every wish for change is unique. The more we are aware of our starting point and motivation, the more likely it is that change will succeed.

Ensuring your change succeeds is my motivation.

about me

Farewell / Goodbye / Grief

We say goodbye in life again and again.
Sometimes it’s easier for us, especially when the change brings something beautiful: We look forward to vocational training or studying, leave our childhood rooms, leave friends behind, and form new friendships.
Sometimes, it’s (very) hard: We realize that friendships that meant a lot to us are coming to an end. Breakups with life partners, saying goodbye to dreams, and the loss of important people in our lives.

As a certified grief counselor (in training BVT e.V.), I have worked intensively with the many goodbyes in the flow of life and support you in your grief process.

Difficult conversations / conflict

Life isn’t always harmonious.
There are always inner and outer conflicts.
We often experience these tensions as stressful and painful and try to avoid them as much as possible.
However, we cannot permanently avoid ourselves or others.

As a
certified business mediator and experienced coach in conflict conversations, I support you in your difficult situation.
The goal is to become aware of what’s at stake (find clarity) and make it discussable.
Much of what stresses us externally has an internal trigger. We are unaware of our needs or unable to communicate them well.

If I know what I need, I can ask for it and develop solutions.

Change(s)

Life is change.
Sometimes we actively seek change, sometimes life or our environment pushes us.
Often, we take our time with changes, which eventually leads us to suddenly want to bring about change quickly.
I'd like to encourage you to take another look before creating an action plan or making quick decisions.

What is the need behind your desire for change? Is it really your wish?
Are there other options that could also fulfill your need?

As a certified systemic coach  I can accompany you in this self-reflection and in the implementation process.

Vocation and career development

Ideally, our work is the place and task where we can live our calling.
In reality, this is not always achievable.
At the same time, the daily workplace is not the only place in our life where we can live our calling.
What makes your eyes light up? What are you looking for in your professional life? What motivates you? How do you want to work?

As a
certified systemic coach with many years of experience supporting employees at all hierarchical levels in international corporations, I help you reflect on your situation and define your goals.
